Summer Programs

The pandemic has taught us the value and importance of in-person instruction. Virtual learning will be handled on an individual basis as medically necessary or for cases involving progressive discipline.

RCPS+ is a rich instructional program designed to provide motivational, engaging, and hands-on activities for students in a supportive environment. The program engages students in relevant, problem-solving activities that promote critical thinking and creativity to enrich the learning experiences of all students.

Credit recovery and summer enrichment opportunities are available for high school students.

Students who read 600 minutes over six weeks and submit a reading log receive free prizes! The Summer Reading Program is open to students in all grades. Summer Reading is generously sponsored by Cox.
