Welcome to Lincoln Terrace Elementary School! My name is Kirsten Mills and I am the PROUD principal of Lincoln Terrace. My vision for Lincoln Terrace Elementary School is student centered and follows our Roanoke City strategic plan. Early literacy and high-quality instruction will be our driving force at Lincoln Terrace. As the school principal, I am ultimately responsible for the learning, safety and growth of our students and teachers. Through my vision, it is my goal to foster great success from one of the best kept secrets here in Roanoke City Public Schools. And it is my ultimate goal to not allow Lincoln Terrace to be a secret any longer.

Prior to being the principal, I spent the last two years as the assistant principal here at Lincoln Terrace. I am a proud product of Roanoke City Public School and have worked in RCPS for the last 7 years. My undergraduate degree is in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University and my graduate studies was completed at Liberty University in PK-12 Administration. 

I am thrilled to work for the students, staff and families of Lincoln Terrace Elementary School and I look forward to an amazing BRAND NEW YEAR!
